All of our watches are tested for functionality at the point of sale before dispatching. Timegrapher readings and pictures of the movement are shared during the transaction process. All of our watches are carefully wrapped in protective plastic to avoid any scratches happening during transit. All watches are sized to your wrist prior to dispatch.
Returns. We will happily accept a return, should the need arise.
Please message us in the first instance (upon receipt of the watch / within 2 days), and we will inform you of the process. If the watch shows visible signs of wear, a restocking fee will be charged.
