1970s Tissot Visodate PR516
1970's Tissot PR516 watch on rare milanese bracelet.
These are top quality watches and were made when Tissot had a close association with Omega.
The all steel case is in excellent used original condition - it still has the brushed finish on the top and looks like it hasn't been polished upon close inspection.
It has a beautiful steel brushed dial with steel markers, custard tritium dots and tapezoid date window.
It has original paddle hands with perfect tritium lume and states "swiss T made " at the base and Automatic Seastar PR 516 text.
The watch has an excellent condition plexi (some small marks that will polish out) and superb screw down case back.
The watch uses a Tissot cal 784-2 21 jewel automatic movement that keeps excellent time with good power reserve.
The watch also has its rare original Tissot milanese integrated bracelet which should fit upto a 7.5 inch wrist.
The underside of the clasp is stamped "Tissot - All Stainless Steel - 630".
The watch is 36.5mm in diameter with crown, 34mm without and 39mm lug to lug.
It's quite a chunky watch and with the integrated bracelet wears larger than it's dimensions would suggest.
This is a superb vintage for the collector who loves durability and style and would be a great daily driver.
