Die SINN Taucheruhr 203 ARKTIS mit Lederband überzeugt durch ihr poliertes Edelstahlgehäuse und das UV-beständige, blau galvanisierte Zifferblatt. Dank der Ar-Trockenhaltetechnik bietet sie erhöhte Funktionssicherheit und Schutz vor Beschlag. Die Uhr bleibt bei Temperaturen von –45 °C bis +80 °C funktionsfähig. Ein Taucherdrehring mit Minutenrastung und Saphirkristallglas runden das Design ab. Sie ist bis 30 bar wasserdicht, mit Saphirglasboden bis 20 bar, und unterdrucksicher.
Die 203 ARKTIS ist die erste SINN-Taucheruhr mit Temperaturresistenztechnologie, die ihre Zuverlässigkeit auch bei extremen Temperaturen garantiert. Der Extremtaucher Mario M. Weidner testete die Uhr in der Arktis, wo sie Tauchgänge im eiskalten Nordpolarmeer und Saunagänge auf einem Forschungsschiff problemlos überstand. Besonders beeindruckend war ihr Verhalten bei extremen Temperaturschwankungen zwischen Wasser (um den Gefrierpunkt) und Land (bis zu –25 °C). Über der Wärmeschutzkleidung getragen, meisterte die Uhr diese Herausforderungen mühelos. Jedes Modell wird auf seine Funktionstüchtigkeit bei Temperaturen von –45 °C bis +80 °C geprüft.
