Created in 1992, the Yacht-Master has become a professional model created for navigators and skippers, an elegant collection that combines functionality and maritime style.
The Yacht-Master 42, Ref. 226659, launched in 2019, is the first model in the series with a 42 mm white gold case and an Oysterflex bracelet for superior wearability.
The inserts on the bidirectional rotating bezel with a 60-minute scale for measuring and reading sailing time are made of scratch- and corrosion-resistant black CeraChrome, and the matte-textured base and mirror-finished numerals and graduations give the watch a sophisticated shine.
The indexes and hour and minute hands on the black dial are enlarged and optimized to accommodate the large case, and all of them have chromalites to ensure excellent legibility in all environments.
