The second model of the GMT-Master, which was equipped with a crown guard in 1960, was a long-selling model manufactured until around 1980. It has an antique atmosphere with no metal borders on the indexes and a thick plastic windshield. From the previous model Ref. 6542, the luminous paint has been changed, a crown guard has been installed, and the movement has been modified.
