Rolex Small Crown Submariner Reference 6536/1 The Rolex “Small Crown” Submariner reference 6536/1 is a classic reference. The case has been lightly polished and measures 38mm in diameter (48mm lug-to-lug). It features the original bezel. The luminous-hour markers have a spectacular warm patina which is much more beautiful in person. Complementing the warm lume is the awesome gilt font and chapter ring. The watch dates to late 1956 and has a 220,XXX serial. It is paired on a period correct C&I bracelet dated to circa 1958
The watch does not come with box or papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
