5512 For sale is a vintage Rolex Submariner 5512, serial number 1.8M dating to the 1968. This classic timepiece features:
Dial: The watch has a matte dial with 'SWISS T < 25' at 6 o’clock. It features 'Submariner' on top and the depth rating in feet first on the second line in white text. The number plots have developed a beautiful creamy patina, adding to its vintage appeal. The color all matches.]
Hands: The hands match the hour markers in color and patina, with small marks of oxidation.
Bezel: The bezel and insert are in great shape. The pearl matches the color of the lume plots, and none of it lights up aligned with lume of this era.
Bracelet: The watch includes a 93150-service bracelet with 501B end links. The bracelet is in excellent condition with no stretch, featuring 5 links on each side. The clasp is stamped 'Steelnox,' 'S,' and 'P3.'
Case: The case has been polished in the past but retains its shine and visible edges. The serial and reference numbers between the lugs are clearly visible.
Crystal: The acrylic glass is original and has scratches consistent for the age of watch
Movement: The watch houses its original chronometer-certified movement, typical for the 5512 model.
