Dating to 1984 this Ref. 16808 submariner remains in excellent, unpolished condition. Matte dial is clean showing no stains. Gold print in crisp and has not ghosted out as many have. Original insert with a rich camel color lume pip. Original tritium hands have aged to a warm cream closely matching the dial. Bracelet remains in excellent condition. 11 links total. Caseback inscribed “We have not lived in vain – Mon & Dad”. Initials on clasp V A Mc. Watch is fresh to market having just been acquired from original owners son.
