I cannot detect any difference in color between the luminescence on the hands and the dial, so they are probably still in their original condition. It does not glow in the dark. For an older Submariner, the hands have minor corrosion and, visually, are in fairly clean condition. *The bracelet shows some sagging commensurate with its age.
