We accept returns if:
- If notified by the 30th of the month, to allow us to pay the payment.
- Returned within 14 days
- Delivered at our office
- Returned with forwarder, insured for the order of the invoice / receipt
- Made intact, unworn and tampered with.
WATCHES
The watches are completely original and of legitimate origin. Each second-hand watch is tested before sending and we guarantee 12 or 24 months of correct functioning. New watches benefit from the manufacturer's warranty, specified in the description.
METAL BRACELETS
The metal bracelets can be made to measure, just communicate the size of your wrist. If additional links are needed to wear the bracelet, you will be informed of the price.
RETURNS
If you receive the watch, and it is not to your liking, you will be refunded the amount paid in full.
You will only be responsible for the cost of returning the item. You will be able to receive a refund only after returning the watch, unopened, not tampered with, not worn, returned within 14 days of receipt.
If notified by 28-30-31 of the current month, to allow us to cancel the payment.
BOX
The condition of the watch box is indicated as good, please note that the box may show signs of wear due to the deterioration of the material over time.
