This watch is 100% Unworn and comes with the Original Box, Booklets, Green Chronometer Tag, and Warranty Card. The watch does not come with the bezel protector nor the white serial tag. The warranty card was dated and all of the stickers were removed from the watch at the time of the original purchase from the Rolex Authorized Dealer. The bracelet may have been sized at the time of the original purchase but the watch comes with all links that come standard on Rolex Oyster Perpetual models.
The bracelet can be sized for the buyer ahead of time at the buyer's request. If you have another Rolex watch with the oyster bracelet, simply tell us how many links are on each side of the watch and we will match it for you. If this is your first Rolex watch with the oyster bracelet, tell us your approximate wrist size and we will do our best to size it accordingly. We will, of course, include any removed links inside the package with everything else.Our timepieces are guaranteed authentic.
Each one of our timepieces go through a vigorous multipoint inspection and are carefully serviced and detailed (if needed) with only authentic original parts. All photos used in our listings are taken in-house.
We are also happy to accept trade ins towards your purchase or offer you a cash value for your timepiece. If you are offering to trade in or sell a watch, please be prepared with an estimate of how much you would like to receive for your watch. Once you let us know how much you want for your watch, we will let you know if we are interested or not. We will not give you an offer before you tell us how much you want for your timepiece. Our offers are subject to change at any point. All trades are done online via FedEx Insured shipping; no in person trades.
In order to protect our suppliers, we do not disclose any information pertaining to the warranty card other than the reference number and the year of purchase. We will not, under any circumstances, disclose the exact date/month of the original purchase from the Authorized Dealer nor will we disclose the serial number. You will receive both at the time of the receipt of your purchase. All stickers will be removed prior to shipping.
SHIPPING
All watches *MUST* be shipped to FedEx Ship Centers to be held for pickup. We cannot ship watches to your home or to your office; they must be sent to a FedEx location to be picked up. When checking out your order, please put the address of your preferred FedEx Ship Center address in the Shipping Information section of your order.
We cannot ship out watches on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. No exceptions.
Free Insured Domestic Overnight FedEx Shipping is included in the price listed. Watches will be shipped approximately 48-72 business hours from the point of payment confirmation by Chrono24.
We only ship internationally to Canada and Hong Kong. All customers will be responsible for any and all customs/duties/taxes associated with importation. Customers that fail to pay those charges, will have the cost of shipping back and forth subtracted from the refund total.
VISITING
We are a fully online operation. We do not do any in person showings or transactions. It is not possible to view our inventory in person prior to purchase. Everything is done completely online and shipped to the FedEx Ship Center of your choosing.
PAYMENT
Payment is only accepted through Chrono24 Trusted Checkout. If payment is being made via wire transfer through Chono24 Trusted Checkout, please send us a photo/screenshot of the wire confirmation. We cannot hold the watch without payment. The photo/screenshot will help us make sure we do not accidentally double sell the watch while the payment is being verified by Chrono24.
All purchases, regardless of payment method or destination of the shipped package, are subject to state and local taxes.
WARRANTY
All of our watches are backed by a 1 Year Limited Warranty on the movement of the watch. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, minor cosmetic damage to your watch. Any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the timepiece is not covered including water damage.
OFFERS
We have "Price Suggestions" turned on for all of our listings. Even though the option may be available, we may not be accepting offers on certain pieces. We price down many of our most popular models as much as we possibly can to be competitive within the market. That being said, reasonable offers will always be considered when we have room to provide further discounts.
We will not, under any circumstances, negotiate against ourselves. If you ask us a question along the lines of "what is the best price you can do for this piece?" without sending us an offer, we will tell you the listed price of the watch.
We are *not* an authorized dealer of any watch brands that are listed here on Chrono24 and we do not make any claims as to the original manufacturer's warranty on any watches listed on the platform.
