When Rolex introduced the new 727 chronograph movement caliber there was an upgrade to most of the Daytona line, reference 6239 became 6262 while reference 6241 became reference 6264. References 6262 and 6264 were the last produced with smooth pushers before the arrival of screwed pushers. Identified by its serial number, our example belongs to the first generation and has a beautiful uniform patina throughout.
