1974 Rolex 6263 Black Sigma Dial Daytona Description : It doesn’t get more iconic than a 6263 for a four digit Daytona. The Black contrasting bezel and screw down pushers make this 36.5mm Daytona wear bigger than its size may suggest. This dial does not have the Daytona logo on it which to some may make a more sleeper ideal choice. The contrasting subdials are clean and free of patina or marring typical of this generation. The case has recently been polished but remains in excellent shape with very thick lugs. Comes with correct Mk1 bezel and Mk2 pushers. This example comes with what is believed to be the original owners photo of her wearing the watch. The caseback is lightly engraved as well. We always feel chasing papers for a premium is an expensive unneeded tax in the world of watch collecting, but sometimes the papers are worth chasing like in this example.
