Rolex Day-Date 1804 'Red Stella'
Rolex Day-Date 1804 from 1970 in white gold with factory set diamond dial and bezel. Most notable on this watch of course is the dial. This lacquered "pie-pan", referred to as "Stella-dial", has a truly unique colour. These uncommon dials are very sought-after by the seasoned collectors and this bright red to orange execution is extremely rare. By the looks of it you can already guess it was purchased by a special gentleman, almost 50 years ago. This is not an everyday watch and this reflects in the immaculate condition; strong case with thick lugs plus virtually stretch-free President bracelet.
