It's a quartz Ref17000.
Rolex's quartz movement series is currently discontinued and can only be found in vintage. It is estimated that only 210,000 vintage watch collectors were made as models they wanted to get their hands on. Considering that Rolex's annual production is between 800,000 and 1 million, it can be seen that it was produced in very small amounts.
It works in quartz form, but I'm impressed by the introduction of the principle of operation of mechanical movements with pallet forks. I've finished the internal and external inspection. The overall condition, such as the original dial and the keg condition, is excellent.
For reference, the quartz series is divided into Mark 1 (1977-1979) without cosc certification and Mark 2 (1980-2001) without chronometer certification, with the Mark 1 dial of rarer value.Selling valuable old watches.
