Rolex Early Oysterquartz Box and Papers
Ref. 17000: The "odd man out" in the Rolex catalog, the Oysterquartz has gained a strong following since being discontinued. This particular example is a very early one, dating from the early 1980s. It is complete in every respect and comes with punched guarantee papers, both hang tags, booklet and original Bufkor inner and outer box., CASE, Case is in excellent condition and looks great. No dings and only light scuffs on some polished surfaces. Numbers which are very lightly engraved along the lip of the case back are intact and visible., DIAL, Original early "OYSTERQUARTZ" only dial with lume dots all intact. Original matching hands., BRACELET, Comes on an original 17000 band. There is no stretch, and the band has 11 links total.
