All watches are shipped from Vienna, Austria (EU).
Currently we ship only within the European Union.

RETURNS
In case you wish to return your watch please contact us before shipping it. All items must be in their original condition. Watches that have been used will not be accepted.
The timeframe for exchanges and returns is 14 days upon receiving your original shipment.
WARRANTY
If needed we service our watches before they are being sold. We give a warranty of one year on the function of our watches. This does not include water damage, inappropriate use of the movement or damage on the external parts of the watch.
Any change or modification by a third party cancel this warranty.
