Rolex Chronograph 2021 Chronograph 1935 Hinged Lugs. Super Rare exemplary condition.
In my opinion one of the rarest Rolex Chronographs currently for sale.
This is the forerunner to the famous Daytona.
Dated at 1935.
Known also as a Monoplusant 2021, 17 Jewels.
Working superbly.
White face in superb order
Glass in superb order
Ditto case.
Hinged lugs in superb order.
Gold plating has tiny fade on back, could be polished out but I’m not going to.
Subsidiary dials working.

Inside back case signed and numbered.
Leather skin band with Rolex buckle. Not original to the watch.
Antimagnetic
I expect there will be a huge desire for ownership of this incredible timepiece.
The production of this very early model was a truly pivotal moment in the Rolex legacy and watches like this and in this condition may only appear very seldom in one’s lifetime.
I am very proud to have been its custodian and play just a tiny part in its history, but now it’s time to pass it on to its new custodian as I sell all my collection post retirement.
I will also give you the box it originally came in. Not Rolex, but a sensible choice as solid wood thus ideal for ensuring safe transportation or safekeeping.
