iwc Porsche Design Ref. 3745, the version you want. This watch was born as Ref. 3742, with a Geo 2 bracelet. The Geo 2 bracelet unfortunately wore out very quickly, as did the Geo 1, which is why iwc developed the bracelet geometry 3, which was then also the final geometry of this bracelet type.
This watch was "upgraded" to Geo 3, which means that it was given a new case and bracelet. iwc now considers it to be Ref. 3745, and during the conversion the "3742" was even crossed out and "3745" engraved in the case back.
The dial of these moon phase quartz chronographs did not age well. Most of them faded very quickly and not in a particularly appealing way. So at some point the watch was given a new, improved dial.
Fortunately, the original hands were retained, so the color of the chronograph second hand has faded, which suits the design much better than a bright red hand.
