Rare and very unusual silver cased keyless "Sheep counter" inking chronograph with 60 minute progressive recorder., CHF 10,000 - 12,000Sold: CHF 10,925 Double body massive "demi-bassine et filets" polished case. White enamel dial with Arabic outer chronograph ring and subsidiary minute register. Blue steel inking and minute hands. Unusual gilt brass 20"' movement, the train of wheels secured on the front plate by a small offset back plate, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement with plain brass three armed balance, ruby endstone and flat blued steel balance spring. Inking chronograph mechanism invented by of the pattern Fatton for Breguet, operated by means of a push piece on the crown. The start, stop and reset to 0 by means of a push piece on the band. Signed on the dial and on the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
