Wristwatch with round yellow gold case and perpetual calendar. Silvered dial with gold applied shell indexes (Sigma), beaded minute scale and gold dauphine hands. Three auxiliary dials for the indication of the month and leap years at 3 o'clock, the date and the moon phase at 6 o'clock, the 24 hours (two tones) and the day at 9 o'clock. Automatic movement, cal. 240Q with 22K gold micro-rotor, false rib decoration and stamped with the seal of Geneva. Solid case back in yellow gold. Black crocodile strap with yellow gold pin buckle signed Patek Philippe.
