The 18K white gold case features a double stepped bezel and triple stepped lugs.
The intricately shaped case is cold-forged and highly polished by hand to a brilliant shine.
Beneath the box-shaped sapphire crystal windshield is a vintage-inspired rack cream dial with luminescent Arabic numeral indexes and syringe-shaped hour and minute hands for a unique look.
The double guiche-style day and month display at 12 o'clock and the date and moon phase at 6 o'clock are the signature layout of Patek Philippe's perpetual calendar.
In addition, two small round windows display "leap year" and "day/night" for improved legibility and easy calendar operation.
