Case: Diameter approx. 37mm, signed Patek Philippe, numbered. Bracelet: Patek Philippe Nautilus steel & gold bracelet with flip lock clasp. CONDITION REPORT Dial: Original Sigma dial in fair/poor condition, showing signs of age. Movement: Running at present but in need of a service, timekeeping and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Case: In good condition, with some small scratches & wear due to general use. Strap/Bracelet: In fair condition, some stretch & wear to the links, one link in particular needs some attention.
