Every timepiece we sell goes through a vigorous authentication process. This performance is made by multiple experts and includes a check of every external ánd every internal part. SHIPPING: Your watch will be sent out the same day if your payment is received before 2pm in the afternoon, if not, the day after. We ship priority and insure our shipments for the full value. Our shipments get processed by Malca-Amit. They are a company specialised in high value transport. Your watch will be meticulously sealed and professionally packed. Malca-Amit works together with Fedex / DHL for the final delivery to your door. In case of a theft or loss you will be fully refunded. Note: - We can only ship Monday-Thursday for insurance reasons. We can not ship on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. - Buyers outside of the European Union are responsible for import fees. WARRANTY: We are able to give one year warranty on all our timepieces as all of our watches pass by our experienced watchmakers. All of our watches get inspected, regulated and serviced if needed. It is highly unlikely that problems will ever occur. In case anything would occur over time, we will make sure that we will solve the issue as fast as possible and most certainly free of hassle and free of cost on your side. The warranty is only applicable on the proper use of the movement, and does not include: water damage and any damage to the external parts of the watch. Even though most of our watches are water resistant / waterproof, we do not guarantee waterproofness. Damage caused by use or improper use is also not covered. Any handling or modifications made by a third party cancel the warranty. FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions: Q: How long does the shipping take? A: Within Europe you can expect next day delivery or at most 2-3 business days in case there would be an unforeseeable operational delay. Shipments outside of Europe take on average 3-5 business days. Q: Is it correct that there is a 14-day return period after receiving the watch? A: Yes, if for whatever reason the watch is not as you expected, you will be able to return it - no questions asked. Please be aware that a return is only possible when the watch is still in the exact same condition as received. Q: Where do you keep your watches? A: All of our watches are kept in our office. Our office is based in a highly secured building, located in the diamond district in Antwerp, Belgium. Upon appointment, you are more than welcome to view a watch in person. The watch can be bought through the Chrono24 platform after your visit. Q: Are all your watches listed on Chrono24? A: No, due to a high turnover and a lack of time we are often running behind on listing our watches online. On average we have twice as many watches in stock as listed on Chrono24. Feel free to reach out with any inquiries for watches that we do not have currently listed, we might have it available! Q: Is the watch on the pictures the actual watch for sale? A: Yes, the pictures in the listing are from the actual watch we have for sale. We physically have the watch in our office which allows you to see it in person upon appointment. Q: Do I need to pay any additional taxes, customs or duties if I am located within the European Union? A: No, we can assure you that there are no additional costs, customs, duties or import taxes if you are based within the European Union. We ship all of our watches from our office in Antwerp, Belgium. There can only be additional costs if you are based outside of Europe. These costs will be on the buyer. Q: Can I receive additional pictures of the watch? A: Please note that we take the best possible pictures of the watch in order to present it the most accurate as possible. We can not take any better pictures as the ones published. Unless there would be any specific detail that you wish to see in close up we would like to ask you not to ask us for any additional pictures / video of the watch. Q: Why do you not show the serial number / warranty card of the watch on the pictures? A: In order to protect the privacy of our suppliers / clients, we can not disclose any information pertaining to the warranty card / papers other than the reference number and the year of purchase. We will not, under any circumstances, disclose the exact date of the original purchase from the authorised dealer, nor will we disclose the serial number. Q: Can the bracelet be sized to my wrist? A: Yes, upon request we will size the watch as good as we can. All the additional removed links will still be included with your watch. Q: Does the watch have any additional links other than shown on the pictures? A: No, we do not have any additional links. We always sell our watches with all the links we get.
