Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box., Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bezel and lugs set with 72 round diamonds, case back with 4 screws, sapphire crystal. Black, indexes set with three baguette diamonds and one round diamond, subsidiary seconds dial, outer minute track. White gold feuille hands.
