20世紀の初期にパテックフィリップがブラジルの高級時計宝飾店"ゴンドーロ＆ラブリオ社"に特別モデルを納入していたことが由来のシリーズです。現在は、当時全盛だったアールデコを現代的に表現するシリーズとなり、主に"丸型以外"を指すシリーズとなっています。1993年に登場したRef.4824は、男性用のRef.5024と対を成す女性用のレクタンギュラーケースのゴンドーロとして魅力あるモデルです。ケースの左右は段差を設けた２ステップになっており、絶妙なデザインのアクセントとなっています。ムーブメントには1986年から現在まで続く大変信頼のある女性用クォーツムーブメントE15を搭載しています。
ベルトは非純正です。部分的に多少ですが小傷があります。電池交換、外装仕上げを行っております。
