18K yellow gold Patek Philippe Calatrava, ref 2591, circa 1967, on black Lizard strap with 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe tang buckle. The 35 mm case features a silver dial with applied stick hour markers, stick hands, acrylic crystal and 18K yellow gold bezel. The manual wind movement is Cal 23-300, 18 jewels, signed Patek Philippe and has Geneva seal ( see photo). The watch is in overall good running condition with only minor scratches from wear.
