Taken from hodinkee, that explains well the model:
his example is further made exceptional due to a clous-de-Paris hobnail bezel with two rows of small pyramid-shaped knobs, giving it a bold presence. To balance out this somewhat busy case finish (for Patek at least), the dial was kept extremely simple, with just two lines of text and a very small "SWISS'" indication on the bottom. A stark porcelain white dial contrasts well against the printed black Roman numerals, and the black oxidized treatment to the handset complements the whole look perfectly. The movement is the classic manually wound caliber 215 PS. When you wind the crown, you'll understand why Patek Philippe is regarded as one of the world's premier watchmakers; it glides like no other movement.
