To mark the 10th anniversary of the Aquanaut, Patek Philippe released the Ref. 5167, which surprised collectors and introduced new improvements over the previous Ref. 5165.

The Ref. 5167 gives the watch a more robust appearance with contemporary dimensions. 5167 is one of the most sought-after Aquanaut models today.
