Probably one of the coolest Panerais to wear in recent decades! This reference 5218-201/a was one of 10 series distributed in anecdotal quantities that Panerai produced before its takeover by the Vendôme group (now Richement).
These series only existed between 1993 and 1997, and come with a whole host of special features that make these pieces ultra-attractive and popular with collectors. These changes include a superb oak wood box in which the watch and papers came, and a difference in the buckle.
