Cernan became the last man to walk on the lunar surface. To commemorate the 40th anniversary of this historic achievement, Omega presents the Speedmaster “Apollo XVII,” a commemorative timepiece issued in a limited edition of 1,972 pieces. - The 925 silver dial bears an embossment of the Apollo XVII mission patch, which captures the themes of humanity, progress, the reminiscence of past Apollo missions, and national pride.
