At the purchasers request, the bracelet can be sized prior to shipping. Any removed links will, of course, be included in the box. Please let us know your approximate wrist size and the watch will be sized accordingly.
Each of our watches goes through a rigorous inspection process to guarantee authenticity. Our in-house watchmakers service (as needed) all watches with only original and authentic parts. All listed pictures are taken in-house of watches in our possession.
If you are looking to trade in your watch, whether towards a trade or just to get cash value, we would be happy to work out a deal. Please be prepared with an estimate of how much you would be interested in getting for your piece. We will not make an offer prior to you telling us how much you’d like. SHIPPING
All watches will be shipped via FedEx Insured Priority Overnight shipping. This service is included in the listed price and will not incur any additional fees. All watches are shipped 1 day after receiving payment confirmation by Chrono24. We are unable to ship watches on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

We can not ship to countries outside of the United States of America with the exception of Canada and Honk Kong. All orders and price suggestions will be automatically declined if the shipping address is not in one of those three countries. You may change your shipping address prior to placing the order in your shipping details.
PAYMENT

WARRANTY
We happily offer a 3 year Limited Warranty on all our watches. This warranty applies to the movement, but does not cover damages due to water damage, negligence, or mishandling. Additionally, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, loss, or theft. If you feel you watch is having an issue, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
