Overall Condition is fair/good. However, there are some originality issues to note. Specifically, the case back is an incorrect 145012-67SP variant, the bezel is an incorrect B2 DNN type (should be a B1 DON), and the hour and minute hands are service replacements (the chrono second hand appears to be original).
The dial is fair. Correct C1 stepped variant with applied metal logo and long indices. Lume material is no longer present.
The bezel is fair. Though it is a vintage DNN example, it is incorrect for this reference as noted.
The crystal appears to be an unsigned generic replacement and has some scratches and imperfections.
The case is good. Though it has been polished dulling the sharpness of its lines, there are no major dings or blemishes and it presents well.
The case back is good. Though it is an earlier and incorrect 145.012-67SP example, the etched Hippocampus logo is the same used on pre-moon 145.022s. Like the case, it has also been polished.
The pushers and crown appear to be service replacements.
