A fine condition example Omega Seamaster 300 no date model ref# 165.024 SC circa 1966. Featuring a 40mm bombe lug case with screw down back with Seamonster logo, with original bi-directional rotating bakelite elapsed time bezel. With original matte black dial with patina’d luminous indexes and broad pencil shaped luminous hands. Powered by 17 jewel calibre 550 self winding movement with sweep seconds. With original Omega logo crystal now showing fine crazing and imperfections, and with proper oversized signed Omega crown.
This vintage Seamaster 300 has been recently fully serviced, with the case left unpolished. The luminous on the dial is original as found, as are the hands, both having turned the usual brownish color. The original bakelite bezel is in overall good condition for its age and shows normal signs of wear and age as commonly found on these tool watches used by amateur and professional divers. There are scratches, but no breaks in the bakelite.
