Ein seltener OMEGA SEAMASTER CHRONOSTOP in Stahlgehäuse von 1967.
Unberührtes, schwarzes original Zifferblatt mit aufgesetzten Stahlindexen , weiße Sekundenskala mit rotem Chronographenzeiger. Dieser Omega Chronostop ist ein Eindrücker Hilfschronograph. Dabei muss man den Drücker zum Start drücken, zum stoppen wieder drücken und gedrückt halten. Loslassen zum Rückstellen auf Nullstellung.
Massives Stahlgehäuse in 41mm Größe, ohne die Krone gemessen und
48mm von Steg zu Steg. Original signierte Omega Krone .
Das massive Stahlgehäuse ist damit deutlich größer als die „normalen“ Seamaster Modelle aus den 60er Jahren und hat einen sehr sportlichen Look mit dem innen liegenden Decimeterring. Das Gehäuse ist mit einem verschraubtem Deckel dicht verschlossen. Auf der Rückseite das geprägte Seepferdchen Logo, das für die Seamastermodellserie ab 1958 verwendet wurde.
Die Modellreferenz findet sich im Gehäusedeckel mit der Nr. 145.007.
Das original Omega Handaufzugswerk mit der Kalibernummer 865 wurde von unserem erfahrenen Uhrmacher geprüft, zieht gut auf und läuft einwandfrei und akkurat. Nullstellung und alle Chronographen-Funktionen sind einwandfrei! Das Kaliber 865 in vielerlei Hinsicht mit dem Kaliber 861 ähnlich, das die berühmten Speedmaster Modelle dieser Zeitperiode antreibt.
Anhand der Werknummer 25355XXX lässt sich das Herstellungsjahr auf 1967 bestimmen.
Auch das Glas ist noch original mit dem ziseliertem Omega Logo über der Stundenwelle.

Up for sale is a rare Jumbo OMEGA SEAMASTER CHRONOSTOP Men´s Watch from 1967.
The Chronostop range from Omega is probably one of the last gems that is still very affordable and , to our opinion one of the most underrated Omega sports watches on the market today.
Here we have the rare reference 145.007 with rare decimeter bezel.
It is used to measure minutes in decimal scale in order to benefit scientific users that require timing for use in equations. As an example, measuring the time for a chemical reaction in decimal form and plugging that number directly into an equation on a calculator.
The caliber 865 is fitted in a 41mm cushion case, measured without the original Omega crown , by 48mm measured from lug tip to lug tip.
The solid steel case is in remarkable good condition, bearing the Seamster logo on it´s screw back. This is a much bigger case than we see in the Seamaster model range from the 1960ies and is giving this timepiece a great sporty vintage look.
The dial is in very good untouched original condition, featuring a deep internal dish and bezel along with the chequered outer track. Add to this a red chronograph centre second hand and this is a watch that catches the eye. Also the glass is original Omega with the logo incised in the center.
The original Omega hand wind movement cal 865 is a very close relative of the cal 861 which powered the famous Speedmaster range. It has been checked and regulated by our experienced watchmaker and is keeping excellent time. All chrongraph functions are in perfect working order.
It has got the movement serial number 25355XXX, dating the year of manufactory of this timepiece back to 1967.
You will receive the watch with neutral ( not Omega signed steel band in full length).

Finally, any watch that has been opened, tampered with, serviced or attempted to be repaired by any source other than Uhrenhandel Heyns or its designated agent will void all warranties.
Return of goods
You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods, if there is anything you are not happy about.
The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 14 working days after you received the goods. This is. provided we give you, the customer, the required written information no later than the time the goods are delivered, which we have done in this online document.

We recommend that returned goods are fully insured. The costs of this and postage are borne by you the customer. Upon receipt and after a satisfactory inspection of returned item(s), we will issue a refund.
