Description

JAEGER-LeCOULTRE (Memovox Auto - Complet ref. 875.42), circa 1971 Exceptional large aperture alarm clock in steel with screwed back (signed and numbered). Silvered and brushed railway dial with applied indexes, strapping turned chocolate and luminescent steel spatula hands. Original electric black central disc with an arrow for adjusting the alarm function (crown at 2 o'clock) and date window at 3 o'clock. This piece was one of the last memovox produced with a round case in the 1970s. New crocodile Jaeger LeCoultre strap (Crocodylia spp. CITES appendix II B) with pin buckle. Some of these pieces were signed on the back of the case “Speed Beat” Movement: Mechanical automatic winding caliber signed LeCOULTRE / 916 Swiss. Diam. 37mm. Condition: Very good condition (vintage Jaeger LeCoultre box)
