Your invoice will include the successful hammer price of the item and the buyer’s premium. The buyer’s premium will be 25% on the first $50,000 of the hammer price of each lot, 23% on the portion of the hammer price from $50,001 through $200,000 and 21% on the portion that exceeds $200,000. Sales Tax
For any property picked up or shipped within the State of New Jersey, said property is subject to a 6.625% state sales tax. Pickups are available in our Lambertville location, by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 10am until 5pm.
