• Our return policy is 14 days and the guarantee period is 12 month from the date of receiving the watch. The shipping under warranty will be on the buyer's side. The warranty does not cover strap, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear, water damage unless markers water-resistant, battery if applies.
• The watches are shipped the same day when payment confirmation is received before 12:00 (on business days), or on the first available business day, by fully insured international carrier (DHL or UPS).
• Our watches are sold under the Difference TAX system (Margin tax); Taxes are not deductible or refundable.
• Customers buying from outside the European union, please verify your local tax authority when purchasing a watch. Any customs fees are the customers own responsibility.
