1. About inventory
The listed watches are displayed as "needs procurement", but are in stock.
2. About straps made of materials regulated by CITES
If the watch has a strap made from a CITES-regulated material, we will remove the strap before shipping.
And we cannot ship that strap.
In addition, for watches equipped with straps that are subject to CITES regulations, the value of the strap is subtracted from the price beforehand.
So, we cannot accept offers to reduce the value of the strap.

3. About taxes

5. About shipping
We ship by UPS. (Shipping to Hong Kong may be by EMS.)
You cannot specify a shipping company.
We will ship within 1-5 days after payment is confirmed. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays)
We cannot ship to destinations other than those specified at the time of ordering.
We cannot ship to post office boxes.
6. About warranty after purchase
We inspect the watches to make sure they are working properly before selling them, but since they are used items, we do not guarantee against defects or breakdowns after purchase.
We inspect waterproof watches before selling them, but since they are second-hand items, we cannot guarantee their waterproof performance.
7. Regarding purchases at physical stores
We also have some watches stored in our warehouse.
Therefore, please make a reservation 3 to 7 days in advance of your desired visit date.
If you come to our store without making a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you.
If you visit our physical store and pay by credit card, there will be an additional 4% processing fee.
