The IWC IW380801 is part of IWC Schaffhausen’s Ingenieur Chronograph collection. The Ingenieur line, introduced in 1955, was originally designed as a tool watch for engineers and technicians, featuring anti-magnetic properties to protect against the magnetic fields common in technical environments.
The IWC Chronograph Classic IW380801 was introduced in 2017. Based on a threesome of limited editions introduced in 2016, it features a case of 42mm which houses the self-winding caliber 69375. The reference has a stainless steel case and a silver dial with rose gold details. It is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet.
