HYT made its impressive debut at Baselworld in 2012 with the extraordinary concept of using a liquid to indicate the time. The hours are indicated by a black liquid around the periphery of the dial, the minutes by a dial at 12 o'clock, the seconds hand by a dial at 10 o'clock, and the power-reserve indicator by a gauge at 2 o'clock. The bellows at 5 and 7 o'clock on the dial apply pressure to the liquid, allowing the hours to be displayed in liquid form.
