• As prices on our watches are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated), we may offer the full 19% German VAT refund to our NON-EU customers (please inquire individually, as this may vary depending on the item).
• All our timepieces are 100% authentic and come with original manufacturer's paperwork to support this.
• In case the timepiece is marked as "new/unworn" we guarantee that this watch is brand new, unworn and comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 2 years), as well as other paperwork and original packaging.
• If the item is shown as anything other than "In-Stock”, we are usually able to reorder a brand new watch for you, which may take from 2 to 4 weeks to deliver (depending on the watch).
• Most of our images are taken in-house and depict the exact items available for purchase, in case the picture is a generalised- the watch is guaranteed to be brand new and unworn (brand boutique condition).
• All our deliveries are fully insured and supplied with a tracking ID to check the status of your order. We provide free deliveries within the EU, all other shipments are subject to shipment costs.
• We offer a full 14 day returns guarantee provided goods are returned to us unworn and in the exactly same perfect condition as received.
