Emerging from the brand's storied legacy, this reference reimagines the traditional chronograph with a modern twist… From its square pushers and tachymeter bezel to a highly legible dial that lays under a sapphire crystal, the present GP chronograph is in very good original condition, in perfect working order and comes animated by a reliable in-house movement. Please read the condition report carefully and refer to the high-resolution pictures to help you assess the overall condition of the watch. MODEL/REFERENCE: Girard Perregaux Sport Classique Chronograph Ref. 7500, serial number 358 DIAL+HANDS: The copacetic blue dial is enriched with 3 chronograph subsidiary dials at 12, 9 and 6 o’clock for constant seconds, 30 minute and 12-hour totalizers respectively. The subdials feature a beautiful concentric finish that can also be found on the central portion of the dial, contrasting with the radially brushed periphery. The white imprint is crisp and complete all the way to the 60 minutes track on the rehaut. The date window at 3 o’clock features a clean disc. The Tritium indices and the luminous baton hands are all original and in perfectly preserved condition. CRYSTAL: Scratch-proof sapphire crystal. MOVEMENT: The self-winding, 8000-414 chronograph movement, 39 jewels, is rhodium-plated and offers the capability to time events for up to 12 hours, along with a date function. It is fully operational and has been checked for good performance, authenticity and functionality. CASE: The two-body, stainless steel case measures 36.5 mm in diameter. It boasts straight lugs and an angled bezel with an engraved Tachymeter scale that lost its paint filling. The case is still strong, keeping its polished finish and displaying just a few normal scratches throughout, commensurate with use. CASEBACK: The pressure-fit, stainless steel back is signed and shows a well-defined engraved text and signs of use. CROWN + PUSHERS: The screw down crown is signed with the GP logo. It is flanked by two squared chronograph pushers. They all operate flawlessly as intended. BRACELET: 18mm Blue Hirsch leather strap with alligator motif, in good used condition and an unsigned stainless steel pin buckle. ACCESSORIES: Saffiano leather watch roll.
