For sale is a very rare, limited edition early first series Daniel Roth Bi-compax C147 chronograph with a salmon dial and rose gold case for sale.
Considered one of the forefathers of independent watchmaking, this particular piece was part of a 10th anniversary run of the first series pieces, made for the Kenjo shop in New York in limited quantities for.
Open caseback variants were special orders, and eagle-eyed viewers will notice it’s the first piece of the series, ie Numero 1. Housing the venerable lemania 2320 calibre, the manual wound movement has been immaculately finished and with a 35 X 38mm case, wears beautifully on most wrist sizes.
This is sold as a full set, with signed inner and outer boxes by the master himself, signed warranty card, original strap and buckle, even down to the original price tag.
