Cartier Santos Octagon Ladies Automatic Watch - Stainless Steel
The Octagon is a seldom seen watch in the Santos line and is one of the affordable distinctive luxury watches. It is beautifully styled and its eight-sided bezel is suggestive of the iconic Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.
This Certified Pre-Owned guaranteed fully authentic ladies Octagon features a stainless steel with octagonal bezel, classic white Roman dial with blue steel "epee" hands, sapphire topped crown, and mechanical movement.
Unlike the quartz version of the Santos, this more desirable mechanical example possesses an automatic movement and in a way showcases the timeless art of traditional watch making.
It is fully Cartier and presents as gorgeous condition. Our photos couldn't begin to do it justice!
Its case presents as mint condition. The back has the tiniest remnants of very light hairlines. Unlike many examples whose lightly stamped registration is no longer intact from previous polishing, this watch's original number is still intact.
Its untouched original dial is mint. The bracelet has fairly mild to moderate stretch. Otherwise it presents as a 9.5 out of 10. On the wrist it presents nearly like new.
It has been freshly serviced by a Master Watchmaker (a $495 value). It is keeping time nearly on par with a new Cartier in our testing position. Note that the waterproofing gasket in the crown normally makes this model stiff to wind. These are known for being difficult to wind even after servicing. If you would prefer never to have to wind it, it's a great candidate to be placed on a watch winder for convenience.
