Description
The Tortue watch was created in 1913 with a case in the shape of a turtle's shell. The model is the Tortue Monopoussoir Chronograph, one of the Collection Privée Cartier Paris (CPCP), a collection produced between 1998 and 2008 with a focus on the classics. The design inspired by the first model launched by Cartier in 1928 has been retained, but the case has been increased in size and made more modern, and it is equipped with the hand-wound movement "Cal. 045 MC", developed jointly by F. P. Journe, Denis Flageollet and Vianney Halter.
