All our timepieces are thoroughly inspected and certified as 100% authentic. Please note that we do not disclose the date of purchase or serial number in advance to protect our suppliers, but both will be included in the receipt.
The bracelet may have been sized at the time of original purchase, but all standard links are included. Custom sizing is also available upon request.

SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped with FedEx Insured Services, and the shipping location must be designated as a FedEx Ship Center for packages to be held until pickup. We are unable to deliver watches to residential or business addresses as part of our policy to ensure the safe delivery of your valued timepiece. Please add the shipping address of your preferred FedEx Ship Center during checkout.
After Chrono24 confirms your payment, the watch will be dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours. Please note that we are unable to deliver timepieces over the weekends, regardless of the circumstances, as FedEx Insured Services is not available to ship during that time.
WARRANTY
All new watches come with a five-year factory guarantee from the time of original purchase dated on the warranty card.
We also cover the inner workings of the timepieces we sell with a one-year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover theft, loss, water damage, or any damage caused by improper treatment, such as the watch being scratched or dropped.
