If the watch has a strap made from a CITES-regulated material, we will remove the strap before shipping.
And we cannot ship that strap.
In addition, for watches equipped with straps that are subject to CITES regulations, the value of the strap is subtracted from the price beforehand.
So, we cannot accept offers to reduce the value of the strap.

3. About taxes

We ship by UPS. (Shipping to Hong Kong may be by EMS.)

6. About warranty after purchase
We inspect the watches to make sure they are working properly before selling them, but since they are used items, we do not guarantee against defects or breakdowns after purchase.
We inspect waterproof watches before selling them, but since they are second-hand items, we cannot guarantee their waterproof performance.
7. About in-store purchases
We also have some watches stored in our warehouse.
Therefore, please make a reservation 3 to 7 days in advance of your desired visit date.
If you come to our store without making a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you.
If you pay by credit card at our store, there will be an additional 4% processing fee.
