A very beautiful Cartier Panthere.
Note: Apologies for the wrist shot with the watch on me. My wife is away currently and nobody to model it. Hope it gives a sense if scale. My wrist is over 190mm.
This was probably my wife’s favourite watch before she went digital. Terrible!
Used only on a few very special occasions in the late 1990’s to San Francisco and Bali early 2000’s. Plus a few others, that’s it.
The original leather strap broke and she replaced with this brown high quality strap.
The face or dial is exquisite in gold. Had to be gold to show off the 18k gold bezel.
The case is brushed stainless steel, again highlighting very subtly the Gold bezel.
The bezel is completely unmarked.
This watch is almost in near mint condition. As said hardly used and it shows.
Locked up for years in our safe in its original box.the papers went some time ago. No idea where.
Watch taken out every few years to change the quartz, professionally done by my watchmaker.
Top Tip: when not in use and back in its box. Pull out the blue stone crown to stop it. Saves the quartz.
Please study the photographs, I use magnified photographs x5 every angle and tiny mark is seen, though nothing seen with this watch.
In essence a truly exquisite timepiece from one of the world’s greatest and prestigious watch makers.
Original box and cushion. Wear on the cushion and duly tagged as I like original.
Fully authentic and original less the strap.

This watch is no exception. Condition in any vintage watch is hugely important but when it comes down to spending hard earned money it becomes critical

It is quite simply stunning and a must have for anybody who loves watches like this as I do.
