Incorrect use and damage caused by the owner or third parties are not covered by the warranty.
Shipping:
We use DHL express for our insured shipments. Delivery inside the EU normally takes one business day after the item is shipped.
All our watches are shipped from the Netherlands. Buyers from inside the EU don't have to pay any addition (custom) fees or tax fees.
Office:
